3 to 6 swap .... Now answered

Does anyone know if I can just change the pulleys from the 6 speed onto the 3 speed gearbox ..... or do I have to exchange the hubs on the input shafts as well??? Essentially the question is, are the hubs on the input shafts the same part? Somehow the spacing looks a little different, though it could just be my eyes. Thanks In case anyone ever needs to know .... The hubs are different. The hub on the 6 speed is shorter/lower profiled to keep the dual pulley set a little closer to the gearbox. The duel pulleys will fit on the 3 speed hub, but they will be slightly out of alignment with the BGB pulleys and cause excess belt wear. Thankfully the hubs come off relatively easy .....
