Sunstar Steering Wheel Removal

Whats the best or any way to get the steering wheel off a Sunstar with PS?Its been on it awhile and rusted some,took the nut off and liberally sprayed it with PB Blaster.Ideas?

Well I went and sought the advice of a friend that works in an auto parts yard and he had some very good advice which was vibration from an air hammer.Backed the nut off level with the threads on the column and hit it a few times with the air hammer and the wheel popped right loose.
