mech123 0 Posted October 5, 2010 has anyone made is pull behind disc for a 4041. i have access to an older one from a farm tractor 4 free and was gonna try and cut it down to fit the powermax
acfarmer 1 Posted October 8, 2010 Making a disk harrow smaller would be a sizable task because of the frame and axles on a disk are usually threaded. There were small disks built that a Power Max can pull usually for tractos like a Farmall Cub or G Allis Chalmers
SmilinSam 3,623 Posted October 8, 2010 I modified this mini disc made by Swisher for their Quadivator platform.. I have painted it since this picture was taken.
MPH 12 Posted October 8, 2010 I'd go for it and basicly copy Sams, ecept replace the crank with a hydro cyl. The bigger dia disc blades would dig/cut better then the 13 inch garden tractor size. It'd take some doing but I'd love to find one to buy cheap much less get for free. someone made a field culitavator on here once,
