Bought another tractor last week

Found this on craigslist. AC 914 shuttle with 42" deck. The deck shell is rough, but the guy said he replaced bearings, pulleys, and shafts back in the 90's and only mowed with it twice. The tractor just needs carb and ignition work. Not to bad for $150. That is the game plan with this tractor to mount tiller on it and leave it on. Just need to get it running and wouldn't mind putting electric lift on too.

Dan, You don't have to worry about the charging capacity with an electric lift since the lift is only used sporadically and the juice to operate it can come from the battery. The only time you get into trouble with charging capacity is when the continuous connected load is greater than the charging capacity. So if you tractor has an electric PTO, lots of lights, battery ignition, etc that are all "on" at the same time, you're at risk of discharging the battery.
