Allis712s 0 Posted October 26, 2010 Hello, Me and my dad have had a 712s for the last 7-8 years. Actually got it gave to us :D Runs pretty good and isn't in real bad shape. Might restore it someday. But right now the ignition switch went bad and we are having a terrible time finding the right switch, the local shops are hopeless and I haven't found much on the web because the original INDAK switch only has the patent no. which is 2868906. Anyone know what switch I need? I was also wondering what year it is. The ID no. is 1690075-002872. Thanks a lot!!!
captainweezy 0 Posted October 26, 2010 If you have an O'Reilys auto parts store nearby, they should have that switch in stock. Good luck
SmilinSam 3,615 Posted October 26, 2010 If it has the 4 little round lights on the outside of the hood its 1974-1975. If it has the 2 rectangular ones inside the hood grill, its a 1976-1978.
