Mower Deck grease fittings?

Recommended Posts

5859
I just bought a 42" mower deck that came from a 3210v tractor. It is part number 99057. I can't find a single grease fitting on the whole deck, am I missing them? Where would they normally be? thanks

If they have factory/OEM bearings - the 108202's - they are sealed bearings anyway. The grease only helps to keep too much moisture from building up inside the arbor housings. Tim

My manual I just got with my 42" deck says there is a plug you remove, and insert 2 oz on SAE 30, then replace plug. Turn deck upside down so it can lubricate evenly.
