Parts diagram for the brake assembly on a 716H

I had to do a little tilling on a hill today, and when the tractor started moving a bit, I found out that evidently there is no true brake system installed on my 716H when I pushed on the clutch/brake pedal. I assume the "clutch" pedal is supposed to disengage the hydro, and then apply a brake if pushed farther. That's what the decal on the side says. So...anyone have a parts breakdown they would care to post so I can see what's missing? The parking brake assembly also appears to be missing. Unfortunately, the person I was helping neglected to tell me there were rocks about 6" across buried in the ground before I started tilling. Needless to say I made a short pass, and then said "sorry." Dun wanna bust up my awesome machine![A href='http://www.wheatfarm.com']http://www.wheatfarm.com[/a]

Link below shows a parts breakdown. From one of your photos (shown) it appears the previous owner had a problem with the tractor creeping and installed a couple of extra springs on the hydro linkage. There has been quite a bit of discussion on creeping. If that's what you mean, I'll give you some key words to search.[A href='http://home.att.net/~herb.niewender/nocreep.htm'][img src='http://www.wheatfarm.com/actractor/images/IMAGE9.jpg'][/a]

Well nifty. Looks like someone just decided they didn't want the brake setup anymore. The drum is there on the right hand side of the hydro, but no other parts are installed. Still not sure why people just remove important bits.[A href='http://www.wheatfarm.com']http://www.wheatfarm.com[/a]

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
