What year is this 717 Simplicity tractor is?

Hi - You're close ... The Broadmoor 717 - Manufacturer's Numbers 990424 (Manual Start) and 990425 (Electric Start) - were offered in the 1968 Model Year. The Broadmoor 707 (990373, 990374, and 990375) was offered a year earlier in 1967. Regards, Tom K.

I got a tractor that someone through out the other day. It's a 717 same size as my 707 Broadmoor. I switched parts and turned my 707 into a 717, i did that because the back fender said Broadmoor really good and my 707 was faded. Well, my question is what year would this be, i think it is a 1967 but i'm not sure. It has a Delco-remy starter/generator on it, a voltage regulator and it had my original ammeter on it. Also the engine is a synchro-Balanced, very strong well buit motor. If anyone knows what the year of the 717 is, i would appreciate it, thank you. I also parts that tractor out and made my tractor a complete stock Broadmoor. Has the moon chrome hubs and everything.
