On a whim I stopped by a guys house tonight who has lots of old machines out in his yard under old truck toppers to see if he had any AC or Simplicity stuff. Ended up buying a good running AC 312 Deluxe (lettering all on the hood). Power clutch, electric lift, vari speed, good tires and fairly decent paint(I'll repaint anyhow for that new shine) Needs a belt, a seat and a deck.(already have all that in my parts pile) $200 Not as good as the Wards package, but not bad I can Smile, Sam.

My dealer told me of an auction 5-10 years ago, a guy had a brand new mid to late '60's Landlord still in the crate! Original tractor and mower and the guy never broke the crate! He didn't even go because he figured it would go very high. It brought $350. Jordan

Here's where my 86' Toyota showed it's guts. This is one of those "take it all" finds. Couldn't drive any faster than 35 or the front end wanted to come up off the ground.
