too much wind to tell just how much we got. Probably 5 or 6 inches. Unfortunately the wind direction likes my doors, got some shoveling to do when momma gets home Got some bare spots and some drifts. in the third pic, its 6" down to the step :O

Last night I could not see 100 foot out. I have anderson windows in my home so they are high end for sure... The wind was blowing and I could see the reflection bowing in the window. It must have been creating that much suction! Pretty bizzare. I have never seen that before. Soon to run out on snow duty. Good luck!

Just in from doing the driveway and sidewalks. Lots of wind, maybe 6-8 inches for the last two days, about 4 inches each day. We are on the very northern edge of the storm so not alot of snow, but had 2 foot drifts in many places. Also managed to blow my sump pump hose this morning, made a bit of a mess, scared mama a bit when she heard the sump pump trying to go thru the ceiling! All is well, warming up with coffee now, then probably help a few neighbors with their drives. Took off of work today, I drive about 30 miles on a smaller highway and it looked pretty nasty. No pics of the blowing, wife slept in some(except for the sump pump thing). Maybe some of the banks later tho. Oh yes, I am in Oshkosh Wisconsin. Steve Edit: Here are a couple of pics out of my garage door of the banks in my drive and the neighbors.

Looks nice Steve. We are closer to Cedarburg, and some drifts over my waist. Blower, 6216 and first gear worked well to get wife and I to work. Have much to do after work. Hope for some photos later.

Here are some of my pics. Knee deep snow to get to the snowblower.

Cutting my path from my back garage to the driveway

I have never pushed so much snow in front of the blower! I did have to give into stopping and raising the blower and blowing until I spin andhten back up and do the lower cleanup.

Below is my normal area to cut my path from the backyard to the driveway. I gave it my best shot, but it was 3 feet deep the whole way.

More pushing and more raising and lowering to find the driveway.

I got the worst pass complete, I have made it to the street.

It is still drifting in a little bit and I really did not clean the driveway up well, figuring I would go back out this afternoon. On Edit: added more pictures.

Well I had an interesting go of it... Last night we hadn't had much new snow yet, but the blowing was redepositing everything in the yard into rather sizable drifts. I decided to head out and get the first round done. Having put the plow up for the season due to bank placement, I was planning on blowing for the remainder. That's where my night took a turn. About 10:30pm; I get part way out in the driveway and I'm clogging like no other! Back up, slower, nothing is working! Tension looks good, blower worked before, I'm stumped! Put the plow on and spend the next 3 hours pushing and repushing snow to find room, getting stuck with the ags all the while. XX( During that time, I tried the blower once more, still no avail. Come in at 1:30, wired awake, fall asleep at 3, wake back up at 5:45 for round two so I can get to work. Plow new snow for a few hours, now having to work at pushing the banks back for room. Get a text from boss saying don't come in (we're slow right now anyways), so I keep going. Finally decide to do some daylight problem solving and realize the cone clutch lining ate itself; oooof. Thank god for my parts tractor! Tear the old cone clutch assembly off (hands freezing to every metal surface), pop the ags off, head outside to perform the same on the parts tractor completely buried under a drift, and grab the turfs while I'm at it (for which I have chains that fit). Finally get the replacement clutch on and adjusted as well as the turfs and chains, thoroughly exhausted, now having been at it for over 7 hours. All that being said, I finally got my blower back! And far better traction from the chains to boot. Wheeeew!! Yeah, I got a little covered :D Even got the wife to come outside in her robe and boots and shoot a quick vid to accompany some pics. I thought that was nice of her! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FhMAZZuiymQ

We brought the camera out for the second half of the cleanup. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wo00zVlIlWE

The drifts made it up to the neighbors windows. They have overgrown ferns on the side of their house there.

I decided to wear my bunny boots and woolie socks. I have never worn a nicer pair of cold weather boots.

Looks like your little serf did a good job. My yeoman did good till I made it to the drivewayB) then it snapped the belt clean and clear. That was the end of tractor timeXX( sm02 Got the 1984 toro walk behind out and finished the rest because my 3416 with the 10.5 ags couldnt make it to the driveway. The ags suck. They just kept spinning. I need chains.

Dave, I agree. I got 4 inches on tuesday night and only 6 inches on wednesday. As far as I am concerned the storm missed me. I did have some drifting, but nothing the Legacry could not handle. Rick........

This is the ride out to my house near the ocean this Tues night. Across the causeway with the salt marsh and backside of the Ipswich River and Eagle Hill River. I just threw my droid on the dash and shot away; and it was already getting dark. Pretty good. That sweeping right hander makes a 180deg turn & let me tell you it can get pretty hairy when the wind blows across from the ocean and the moisture freezes on the road. Had more than 1 car off into the marsh, just hope it's not at high tide. BTW, the wind was nothing on Tues like it has been in the past. Also it looks like I'm driving pretty fast it was only 20-25 mph. We're at about 70" of snow on coastal MA already.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fSKFWHri-AU&feature=feedu
