Is there a way to increase the height that a 47'two-stage commercial snowthrower can be raised. I just put one on my dutz-allis 1920 and there is only 3 or 4 inchs of ground clearence. Dale

Thank you ardisam I must be about to the max height. Now with the blower setting flat you can only raise the hood part way up because of it hitting on the drive shaft. Dale

Dutch made a simple alteration bracket some years back that increased the lift on his front plow. Should work the same for the blower if you have enough clearance between the spout and the hood. The blower has a pto shaft and can only be lifted so heigh with out doing damage to the shaft by hitting on tractor frame. Thank you Dale

Agree with Dale. The shaft dictates the height you can raise the blower. Have someone sit on seat and run it and you can see there are limits. Wish it would go higher when we load it on a trailer.XX(XX(
