But the pin for reverse is stuck down. Not sure if it is frozen or? I have soaked it with PB and hit it with a wire brush but it wont pop back up. Is there another way the encourage it to come back to its proper position with the freewheel latch lifted up? Thank you

Take the cage that releases the hydro off. Carefully clean the area and remove the relief valve. I sprayed penetrating oil and then took a drill bit backwards and tapped it out fron the inside. Next I cleaned it off and penetrating oil again and repeat. Took 2 times and moved like new! Good luck.

Like Burntime said remove the valve, clean all the sticky build-up by solvents airgun etc. Spray with PB Blaster , Kroil, or other penatrant oil. I used a pin punch to tap the pin back into position. When the pin is up check for burns left by pliers, remove burrs and clean. I worked mine up and down a few times till it was very loose.

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
