Sandy_Lake_Imp 2 Posted June 18, 2001 We suggest lightly pumping in grease until a resistance is felt each time u sharpen the blades. The bearings are sealed & the grease serves mainly to preclude moisture/condensation. Bill
Tragu 0 Posted June 18, 2001 I had a question a while back and it was not answered how do I know when there is enough grease in them should I just put a shot in every now and then or should I grease them with one pump every time. I CLEARLY PUT ABOUT 5 PUMPS IN EACH MAYBE MORE DID I damage the seals. How can I tell if they are damaged before the spindles go. When greasing the rest for the yearly maitenence what is the way to go about so I dont damage the seals in the rest cause if its only done once or twice a year it would require more.
