johnmonkey 4 Posted June 19, 2001 Does anyone know how to replace the rear oil seals on my montgomery wards gardenmark squire? Does anyone know the size of the seals? It is the same model as a simplicity 700 or 725 or AC B-1. It has been leaking 90wt oil since my brother-in-law gave it to me 15 years ago. I just keep topping it off and I have been lucky that nothing has gone wrong.

KenW 0 Posted June 19, 2001 The part number for the 725 is sm154269 at Jacks Small Engine. The Simplicity number is the same but without the "sm" in front. They are 5.06 each at jacks. It also says they are 1.750 ID but my axle is not 1.75 inches. Perhaps it fits over the tube bearing. I have not installed mine yet. Good luck Ken Williams
