The rolling frame is in nice shape, the other has a 23D thats not froze or blown, and a tank. Looks to need a starter, battery, and left side cover, (some very thoughtless person removed the hydrolift!!!) to put together one

MikethePlumber Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 Good catch Larry. I was planning on picking those up today on an "Allis field trip". The guy emailed me yesterday around 4:44 and said they were gone. As it turns out, I can't do any sort of Allis parts chasing today anyway. -Mike

I've been watching these for a while, and Barrington has been to far to make 2 trips for them, Day 1 for the trailer. Whats funny is the seller said he had 2 people supposed to come Sunday for it, and I said if you've already made a deal.... he said first person here with $100 takes it. I said I wont do business that way, If we make a deal and I drive 80 miles over there, tractors are going to be there. He said OK, I said I'll be there at 3 - 3:30 and I was. The other person who was supposed to show is Rob AKA as "snohiker", who just thanked me for saving him $100 and a trip to Barrington.
ReedS Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 Hmmm I just bought an orphaned yellow hydro-lift a few months ago from up that way, I wonder if that's where it came from????? I recall those being on CL a while back, just too far for me to go with a 10 mpg truck! BTW Larry, sent you mail.
