robob Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 Every likes pictures --So here is a picture of what you can trasnfer from a model 14 (5hp)to a 7.25 hp model 19. What you can't use is the model 14 block the piston & pin & head every thing else will transfer.What I forgot to include in the picture was the valve lifters & the broken connecting rod (ps this 7.25 was completly worn out it required a rebore 20 over}but 20 over pistion & rings are still available as well as standard piston pins.I worked this engine for 35 years and it was ten years old when i got it.this is a alternative to repair when a connecting rod failure is the main problem as they are no longer available.
