MPH Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 After the lady who takes care of Toks local downtown park came over to borrow my core plugger and commented I haddn't done anything to clean up my lawn yet I guess I felt shamed into getting out the sweeper. I was waitting for the snow to ALL melt. My Tameracks always leave a mess on top the snow. Then I got out "the mans brome" and cleaned out the shop and the front porch. [br} Then I went down to the Tok river 25 miles south of Tok with the 4-wheeler to look for a place to park my "honey Wagon. This was the nice part of the trail I went up. Possible parking spot about 1/2 mile off the highway. Would have to pull the trailer in with the 4 wheeler. Which would give the bees this view of Willows as far as one can see. [br [img]/club2/attach/MPH/4.30Willow.jpg[/img] On the other side of the road I found a spot maybe 1/4 mile back that I could pull the trailer in with the Dodge, rode that trail back a good 2 miles, some places I had to stay WOT to keep forward motion. Must be getting old, didn't find it that thrilling.:( [img]/club2/attach/MPH/4.30WillowE.jpg[/img] It would be just fine with me if you guys kept your slow coming on spring down there, the Alders don't even have buds yet.
gwiseman Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 Marty great pictures! looks like the spring thaw has taken hold. actually i think your yard looked good already but it always good to get a little tractor time. i'm just glad to hear someone else uses their leaf blower as a man broom.
Burntime Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 I laughed my tail off. I think the censorship is turned up on high!:D:D:D
