They look early 60's to me, so one of the last 2 wheel walk behind tractors is my guess. simpletractors has a section on "walkers"

That tiller will hook right up on a 725. Got mine at an auction for 5 bucks plus a pile of stuff that once made up a Model W walkbehind. Think I had to reverse the pulley so it would line up if I recall correct.

The tiller is for a wonderboy 700 but the mower is for a walk behind such as the model v or fI do not have that style but do have the 28 inch mower Worth a buck any day.Bob
