acjustin Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 I took a gamble and bought this 7116 as is from a dealer. Well I think it paid off. At least I got it running. Everything seems to work, just needs a few parts. I think it will clean up nice. goatfarmer Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 Looks great!dOd Why didn't the dealer want to mess with it? Too old?
larry8200 Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 It looks like the paint isn't worn hardly at all on the footrests, cant have many hours on it. Looks like it will clean up real nice to me.

This local dealer sells a lot of new Simplicitys. I would say there over 50 used ones in the machine shed. He just recently took over the implement business from his grandpa. He is trying to eliminate some inventory. The main reason he has has so many is because his grandpa wanted to much for them. For example my tractor had a $2500 price tag on it. I bought it for $375, missing a few parts, but everything works.

I could really see it all that well in the shed when was looking at it. Surprised when I got it home to see how clean it was. Most of the grime is around the transmission.
OrangeMetalGuy Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 Watch out for flashing blue lights behind you!! Nice score.
