RayS Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 Oil bath? My 19D manual shows a foam filter only. Part number 270093. http://cgi.ebay.com/Briggs-Stratton-270093-Air-Filter-GENUINE-/190520924001?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2c5bee9761
osenga Posted May 7, 2011 Author Posted May 7, 2011 Ray that's not it mine is the one in the bottom part of air breather you put oil in and the top part has the top cover with the fibers/ mesh stuff inside of it if this makes more sense now my main computer is down so can't post a pic
RayS Posted May 7, 2011 Posted May 7, 2011 I no what a oil bath is. Just stating the 19D manual doesn`t have one in it. Yours must not be a 19D. http://www.jackssmallengines.com/searchdb2.cfm
briggsetc Posted May 7, 2011 Posted May 7, 2011 The 19D should have a foam filter originally assy p/n 297869 NLA. Someone must have put an oil bath type on from a Model 14. 19 or 23 which is assy p/n 291858 NLA. In either case you are looking at flea markets, ebay etc. Should not be real hard to find. Gary
RayS Posted May 7, 2011 Posted May 7, 2011 270093 is the part number and is still available new. If you want the manual I have it. Send a email address in a PM and I will send to you.
