SimplicitySwede Posted May 8, 2011 Posted May 8, 2011 Does the 738 have a cut out for the muffler and the 728 doesnt have it? will the 728 grill mower one a 738 if i use a different muffler? I dont want to cut a grill out.

bud119195 Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 Maybe its just a coincadence that you seen 738's with grill cut out. I looked at my 727-738 manuals and the all used same grill and a round muffler with out a hole cut in grill.
SimplicitySwede Posted May 9, 2011 Author Posted May 9, 2011 ok well good cuz i got a straight grill for it. I kinda wonder if the bars got bent on the 738 to make it easier to change the plug. the 728 you can see has been cut where the plug is
