Hey guys, Bought my wife's grandparent's house a few years back and 'inherited' a Simplicity 2110, 990496, with a B&S 243431. I neglected it for too long but she always tried her best. Recently I've cleaned all the electrical terminals and replaced the spark plug to solve the starting problem i was having. I've replaced the belt from the starter and currently have the blades removed so i can sharpen them as I'm getting an ugly cut right now. While I'm doing this maintenance I was thinking about changing the oil. I can't find anything about it in the literature I've found online. I've been told it's probably 30 weight but don't want to over/under fill her as i've grown attached to the old girl. Thanks in advance for any help, Rich

30W... if you can't find it, use 10W40... Not quite 2 quarts. Here's the owner's manual for the 10HP Briggs & Stratton: http://simpletractors.com/operation/b_%26_s_243431.htm
