Kohler Command CH18 carb Qs?

I spent the $50 on the carb rebuild kit for this engine. Had about $2 worth of parts for it but I needed a couple. I have a couple questions - the slow speed jet has 2 small o-rings, one on either end. The one that fits in the horn section (top) of the carb just seats on the end of the jet. The one that goes on the jet and into the carb body - does that seat between the 2 ridges on that jet or does it just seat on the end? I suspect it seats between the 2 ridges because I now have a bunged up o-ring. Second question - know where I can just get another tiny o-ring? This was one of the main reasons I needed the rebuild kit as the o-ring fell apart when I took the carb apart the first time. Should I be able to find an o-ring that small at the hardware store???

Most auto parts stores have a selection of O-rings.

I checked a couple places - no one has anything that small. Any other ideas?

:O How small is it? This is a standard selection and the smallest one is 1/8 id,1/4 od and 1/16 wide. Any parts store should have these. If it is smaller a bearing and seal supplier should be able to help you. Dave.

Oh, it's small. .118 ID and .192 OD. I think I'm going to try a motorcycle repair shop. The carbs for bikes should use similar jetting and o-rings.
