jlasater 191 Posted June 23, 2001 The 7790 looks identical to the 700 series AC tractor. Are the attachments compatible between the two models? I'm happy with my 716H, but a 7790 would be a nice upgrade :-)[A href='http://www.wheatfarm.com']http://www.wheatfarm.com[/a]
Sandy_Lake_Imp 2 Posted June 24, 2001 The attachments for the 700 series will fit right on with the exception of a snow blower. If the blower for the 700 drove from a front clutch the hitch would need changed to make it drive from the bevel box. The Lambordini diesel was good but noisy & shaky. Ask if the governor has ever been repaired. They have a habit of shearing the rivets out of the weight hub. We replace them with screws for a permanent fix.Cheap parts but substantial labor. Sooner or later they will all do it. GREAT on fuel. Bill
Sandy_Lake_Imp 2 Posted June 24, 2001 P.S. Another common failure - voltage regulator. Easy to change but north of $100! Bill
