Greasing the axle tube

Hi Martin. Eventually it will come out of the left end of the hollow shaft. I pump 'em 'til they do. Bill

Thanks Bill, it took 27 more pumps. Thanks also for the timely parts, sure is nice to have it going again and it feels better than ever, well,,thast isn't saying much as it wasn't much at all when I started. Now shifts real nice, runs quite in the rear end, clutch works like its real and it turns with the stearing wheel. Having never run one in good shape all I can say is keeps getting better and better. OH reason it was lockin in gear someone put round snap rings on the pulley shaft and the key worked its up on top of it. thanks again to all for your help, and a word of encouagement to anyone who may need to see the inside of thier tranny, it ain't so badddd> MPH

Though I put a film of grease on the axle as I reinstalled it and pumped about 10 pumps to it afterward, I'm wondering how much it should get, it doesn't seem to come out anywhere, should it???MPH
