mowinman2 Posted June 1, 2011 Posted June 1, 2011 Hey guys, been lurking here for a while. Decided to register and say hello. Ive been collecting garden tractors for about 10 years now and got bit buy the Diesel Garden Tractor bug about 3 years ago. Its been a real pleasure always on the hunt for these gems. Im not brand specific, as I have a wide variety of toys but I FINALLY found a Simplicity 7790. I go to shows all the time all over the place and have only seen 1. Ive never seen an Allis diesel. This 7790 came up on Craigslist and I happened to be the 2nd caller. The first guy didnt like the loudness of that sweet Lombardini so I got the call and took the trailer and cash 3 hrs one way to get it. It came with snow chains, snow blower, mowing deck, rear work light, tiller, vaccum for the leaf vac and some hose parts, dump cart(off brand) and a sickle mower. None of the attachments had been used except for the mowing deck. I even got all the manuals. Just wanted to say hello and thanks for having such a great site chock full of VERY valuable info.
