MPH 12 Posted June 30, 2001 Hoping maybe someone who has put several of these ole Tractors back together out of less than all orginal might be able to give me a clue why I had to weld ears on my hitch Irons inorder to attach the fenders/seat and have it sit down right in front..Thanks ahead of time MPH http://albums.photopoint.com/j/View?u=1642272&a=12566019&p=51148284
jlasater 185 Posted June 30, 2001 My B-210 had a similar problem. The seat deck when in the down position didn't line up in front where it latches on. It was too far forward. The problem was at the back of the seat deck the heavy metal brackets that it hinges on were not in the original position because welds had seperated from the deck. As a result of this it made the front of the deck sit farther forward and the latches didn't line up. My deck was also bent in the back and when I got those brackets back into place the latches lined up and it works fine. This might be similar to your problem. Good luck Al
