Jordan, what did tractor # 3 bring? Steve
Posted
All 3 720s were fair to good cond. One was an 1981 model with 2765 hrs. The hydro appeared to be a bit worn(none of them had the keys in so I couldn't test them myself, just observed while the auctioneer demonstrated.) It brought $3000. Another was a 1976 model, 2031 hrs, appeared to have the best hydro but he was having trouble with the hyd. lift. Also brought $3000. The last one had 377 hrs on rebuild I am guessing. I don't know the year. The hydro also appeared a bit worn. The steering was very bad on it. Both bolts were sheared off where the tie-rods connect. One side was welded but that had broken too. The other side had a small bolt trying to hold it on. This was the best tractor overall, minus the steering of course. It brught $2500. All were consigned by the same owner. He mowed 8 acres. Passed away a year ago, wife didn't want to mess with them. I didn't buy any nor do I know who did. If you would like details just ask, Jordan.
