Snow blower pulley vibration

The flat pulley on the right side vibrates like crazy.The v-pulley on the other side seems ok,but after a few minutes run time it gets really hot to the touch.The belt looked ok before start up but now its frayed on one side.The blower is a 990563 36" on my 3210v.Wonder what all I need to get this up to speed for sme snow blowin action?

Either its loose, misaligned, or the bearing is shot...or a combination of the three.

That cab looks spacious enough to use one of those propane golf car heaters that sits in a cupholder.I hear they work well with adequate ventilation.

I would need an exhaust fan in there so I could enjoy a cigar while blowing. Heat? That's what jackets are for in winter!
