Sooo, who's a lombardini diesel expert?

Burntime

I am working on my diesel. I am only getting fuel to one cylinder... I cracked the line at the injector and at the base of the pump and nothing on one cylinder. I also opened the bleeder on the pump and it was presurized. Opinions? Obviously its in the pump...

Not an expert but I have taken the pump apart. With shop manual and parts breakdown it's not too bad. May see what's up. Might be disintegrated O-ring plugging up a passage. SmilinSam's son is a diesel mech and knows much more about this. Otherwise take it to a diesel shop.

I would also suggest removing the pump and see if the metering valve slide or piston plunger are stuck. Low sulfer fuel and low lubricants in the fuel, something could be binding up.

That's great news Mike.... but that means you may have to invest in more bug spray as they won't be getting smoked out by ole smokey :o)
