More than routine maintenance yeh, but everythin done needed doing. I don't know what to call it. lucky? I got it from the original owner who bought it because their neighbors bought one, but they had a lawn and garden service as well as a plowman. They had it dealer serviced for 8-10 years till they lost all interest in it, then it sat in their barn for 35 years till They liquidated the property. I would guess it has 50, and certainly less than 100 hours on it. I got the mower deck and snowplow with it. The condition of the mower deck is almost beyond belief..... Outside of the fuel system, battery, seat and paint it's still completely original - including all decals and tires... and tight as a drum.:D:D:D This paint is original.
