More Decal related needs

On the Hb-212, B-212, and B210.. Is it a decal that goes in the steering wheel center cap? Applied from the top? Also. all the pics of the backs of the seats on the B-110/112 and B-210/212 tractors I have seen so far, there is no decal on the back of those seats like on the B-10/12 tractors. Is this correct?

I would think that putting one on the outside to cover the clouded plastic cap would be better than having none at all. Just my opinion. No Concours shows tractor shows around that I know of.

Yes, thats the one I'm talking about. Was wondering of the logo was a decal applied to the top of the plastic. In that link, it looks like it is to me.
