get the tractors out - trailer repair

broke the trailer again yesterday. nursed it home and got the tractors pulled out. needed it fixed asap so a buddy showed up with welder and the hunt was on digging around the yard for steel. first time the squire seen daylight with cab on [IMG]http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l226/perry71/NOV002.jpg[/IMG] this nice original condition wheel horse stays in the garage covered up with a blanket and only comes out once a year for the charlotte, mi tractor show. had to cover up it outside later that night when rain moved in C. [IMG]http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l226/perry71/NOV004.jpg[/IMG] recently got front tires and weights on the Allis 914 . soon will see rear weights,chains and bower. Ouch is right! That's a bummer, but at least you were able to limp home. Nice to have buddies who can and will lend a hand. I moved away from mine, and have to travel for any help I might need. It's an awfully damp day here, hope you got things squared away, and got the girls back to bed! :)

Looks like fixing the trailer is a piece of cake for you Perry. I 'd like to see more of the Wheelhorse though. :) Squire too. :D

nice to have good friends. known these guys a long time. one since the 3rd grade and the other is the uncle to my high school girl friend. with my weak legs and bad back, they just push me out of the way and get'er done 8D.

Sounds like real friends. And you get to take the pictures? Lucky you! :D:D But isn't that you in the foreground of the last two pictures? Hard at work?

They got them up this way...over by the lake shore in Holland. Never a snowflake on their downtowns streets. No idea what it cost them...probably a well-to-do donation.
