Need some help identifying please

Im still fairly new to the yellow and orange tractors. Ive gotten a couple of items recently and would like some proper identification. The first is a plow. I saw it and bought it thinking that it might go on the back of a yellow or orange tractor. Hasnt been dry enough to try it yet, and im not even sure if it would mount up. Can anyone tell me what this plow is specifically designed to mount to? Hoping im right as I would love to be able to plow with my 7790. Some confirmation that it will fit and is proper for my tractor would be much appreciated. The horseshoe looking item is a hitch for the simp 700 & AC B1 style tractor. The plow has a brinley style hitch, so with those two hitches; you can use any brinley style implement. I hope that made sense. jh

If you have a rear lift all you are missing is the lift bar and a piece of chain basically. http://bsintek.basco.com/BriggsDocumentDisplay/default.aspx?filename=heCyEN8aqI6rE3Cvh5kbp796Dq

Yep. That style will actually work on any of the large frame tractors, because you lift it with a rod in the rear lift, and the implement hanging from a chain. The newer style needs a newer style rear lift with an additional hole to attach the lift rod. None of my tractors have this style, mine are all foot draggers, so I need the early style hitch on all of mine. B1, B10, B12, B110, B212 and all the simplicity equivalents. I don't think the tractors came with the newer style lift until they came with running boards. ;) The early tractors all had solid lift rods, so yo got your "float" from the swinging chain, while the newer tractors had float built into the lift, either the sliding lift rods or cable lifts. So you could use the solid mounted brinly hitch (newer style)

the plow itself is an A-C plow. you can tell by the yellow paint on the coulter wheel. i think that Brinley made them for A-C. i dont know the part number but it is stenciled on my plow, as opposed to being on a tag or stamped into the metal. other plows will attach with the right mount. as for the mounts you have, other members have explained them.

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
