powermax_paul Posted June 13, 2001 Share Posted June 13, 2001 You would need to put a lot of weight on your 3pt hitch, (which would help in traction anyway). Whichever cylinder has the least amount of load will operate full travel first, then the other cylinder will operate. If you oversize the front cylinder, it will take less hydraulic pressure for a given load. That will help assure you that it will operate before the 3pt hitch. DaveL Posted June 15, 2001 Share Posted June 15, 2001 Would be intersted to see the pics-- kind of like a johnny bucket? am looking to try the same thing if I can't find a reasonably priced loader -especially since i don't need the vertical travel of a full loader.
