7119H Power Steering

Recommended Posts

I recently acquired a 7119H with Hydraulic Lift and Power Steering. The Power Steering cylinder is mounted under the left foot rest and connects to the existing manual steering gear and has it's own drag link. It is powered from two ports on the Hyd. lift valve. I've never seen a power steering setup like this. Just curious if this is a factory option or aftermarket. I haven't been able to find any parts diagrams or info on this unit. It is made by Modular Controls, part # PSC-2117B 6.5-5. Thanks for any help.

Could also be a mfg #1692098, a slightly newer version. The only difference I found was the hydraulic elbows/location on the cylinder. The older version (...1021) has different offset lengths; the new version (...2098) has same length offset on both fittings. As a result, the hoses run slightly different.
