It appears to be a Vickers V10 pump with about 10 gallon cartridge , two bolt "C" flange, keyed shaft. It can be RH of LH rotation depending which way the rotation arrow points on the cartridge. There is a machined face on the back with all the data stamped on it. The reservoir appears to be made from a oil filter can. If pump works first thing I would do it is make a new reservoir as that is a crappy design as it funnels all the crap that might be returned into the suction hole. It is capable of 2000 psi and will run a FEL.

The reservoir does, made from a Detroit Diesel oil filter can, two quart capacity. That 1/4" drain plug to drain the can before removal is an indicator. A plate was welded on the large opening for the return lines.

As always Bob you are spot on...Under alot of layers of paint I found the Vickers name, rotation arrow, and the machined area with alot of #'s...but its gonna take some work to clean it up enough to read them all without damaging the #'s... What did you mean by 10 gal cartridge? Is that a volume measurment like GPM?
