Ok I am going to rebuild all my lifts for my Bee's before reinstalling them I have round pumps and 1 square tank one and to boot I am going to rebuild the lift cylinders also. But I have been looking around and can't find the kits or am I just over looking them? And I am wondering how much work these are to rebuild too. I just don't want them to leak if I can help it any. Thanks

Bryan, the lift cylinder is real easy, and I bought high quality seals from the O-ring store online....enough for a half dozen cylinders...for only a few bucks. Buna-70 I believe. I would be interested in the pump rebuild though, as I've not done one of those, but did track down an actual 'kit' for my Cesssna loader pump, so there might be a Parker kit out there some place.

Bryan, pump kit are still available from Parker-Hannafin, they're about $85 per kit, they include the seal (which I could not buy serately) the wear plates and the pump o-rings. The control valve uses off the shelf o-rings. You can also use standard o-rings on the piston as well. I'm certain that someome makes an o-ring with a teflon wiper sleeve that is the same oem style, I just haven't found it yet. In the meantime I've had no issues with the regular o-ring just that they many not last as long as a the oem style. Also the oem piston o-ring is a 3 piece design, 2 teflon wipers with a reverse T profile again I've been using standard o-rings with no obvious issues. The other word is cleanliness, dirt of any kind isn't good for a hydraulic system! Parker seal kit # is 686632k, it's a D series pump.
