what should I offer Homelite T16

Recommended Posts

Friend has an Allis Chalmers built Homelite T16 for sale, has not ran for 3 years. He stated it needs a carb rebuild, the plunger for the points needs to be replaced, someone told him he could not put electronic ignition on it. front tires are junk and rears are not much better. comes with a deck, front blade, and a rototiller.would 300.00 be to cheap of an offer. He has had it sitting outside for 5 years and has finally decided to sell it.but will not put a price on it Thanks

I think $300 is a great price, especially if the tiller is in decent shape and has the idler pulleys. Also, I'm running a Megafire electronic ignition module on my Homelite T12 (12 HP Briggs) in place of the points; it works fine.

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
