The mounting is the same, but the question is if you have the double deck pulley or the simplicity style single deck drive with the little sickle drive. There is a slight chance the engagement rod will be a little longer but it is adjustable to an extent. My memory is a little foggy since I did that swap a couple years ago to standardize my 210 and my 64LL Design-wise, the 210 unit is a little higher from the ground than the original system, a fact which may or may not be a good thing depending on how you have it set up. The higher output pulley makes the deck belt rub a little less than the original series, though it has less pull range for variation of ground.
