PowerMax / 720 Rub bars - Cable lift parts?

Recommended Posts

Hi, seems to be a few bits missing from my 720 back. The parts manuals call these Rub Bar Assembly's - I'm guessing they help route the cable for the cable lift to the mower deck? Do I need them, or could I just put some idler pulleys in place instead? Anyone has a pair of those , a cable, or the rear hitch they'd like to part with let me know. Rick Parts 14/15 in the diagram below. I think several parts from the rear must be in the way of mounting the backhoe, and are probably in some dusty barn somewhere now. so, are there idlers (pulley's) not pictured in the parts diagram? I was thinking these were just simple guides, looks like there are bolts in my side plates, but not any other parts... Thanks

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
