My New Simplicity model D & L

I bought these tractors at the Niagara Antique Power Association Tractor Show Serkston a few weeks ago. Simplicity model D with plow:D

I bought Both tractors for $25 each....each tractor came with wheel weights.^ Karl

Karl, those are some neat looking pieces! That D has to be a purdy early machine. Do you know if the Briggs's are original to them? I thought the L's had the round-knob handles...that one has the early style handles like the D. Very interesting machines!

The Briggs & Stratton model N are the original engine on both tractors. The Simplicity L.......someone replaced the handles from the older Simplicity D tractor. The Simplicity D was made in 1948 The Simplicity L was made in 1950 I have a Simplicity model D tractor restored in the shed.;) Karl

      Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
