Stripes with my Broadmoor

Recommended Posts

I mowed the lawn this evening and the old Broadmoor still makes some nice stripes.

Nice straight stripes, and no "bananas" :D I like how you handle the ditch by the road. dOd Do you ever go the other way? at right angles? or do "double diamonds"? Those are hard, have to plan the angles first - go for 60 degrees if you try it. You need the first one straight - pick a point, look at it, and just drive at that point without looking elsewhere. Practice at a baseball park. crk8 might make it on TV. But doing right angles will give you 'double squares' - you end up with squares of various shades of green. People will stop and scratch their heads. sm04 or they ask - "How did you do that? Did you change the mowing height?" Just say 'yes'. sm03

Yes, I too always have a soft spot for my first one, the 7010-3speed, manual lift (is now a 7010-6 speed, electric lift) and YES it too started the "Problem" :D

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
