Hydraulic lift

Recommended Posts

Everything SHOULD fit. The pump will easily bolt up to the bulkhead, the drive pulley should replace a couple of spacers on the shaft, The cylinder should pin on the rockshaft ok, you might beed to buy new pins. Once you go Hydrolift, there will be no return to the armstrong handle.

You're good...it will fit, and as mentioned, you won't miss reaching for that lift handle, especially with a blower. About the only thing I prefer a manual lift for, is using a front dozer in dirt.

In my humble opinion, the only thing better about a manual lift is that it helps build muscle in your left side (right, too, if you're lucky enough to find a right hand lift to use multiple attachments). I find the arm saving and down pressure advantages of the hydro lift are well worth the price if you use the tractor a lot for chores other than mowing.
