That looks like a good way to detach the lawn.[A href='http://www.geocities.com/simplicityva/index.html']http://www.geocities.com/simplicityva/index.html[/a]

Hello All, I just wanted to show off my Wards Plow Trac, aka Simplicity Model V. Now sporting an 8HP E-start Kohler and some 8.5" wide turf tires. The battery is mounted up front for now in a Jetski battey box. The Dethatcher is a 40" agrifab, and I also use a 40" agrifab tine aerator, and Brinley 38" box grader. http://www.simpletractors.com/images/gallery_images/ra_Plowtrac2.jpg

To Karls point, I have the machine balanced so I can lift the dethatcher by simply pulling up on the bars. Using the walkbehind to thatch and aerate is so much easier than running them behind a 4 wheel tractor, you can back the impliments into the tightest corners and right along the flower beds, and always see whats going on. I've also found that by putting a turf tire on the land side, and an Ag tire mounted narrow on the furrow side, I can use the turning plow to cut back sod to put in landscape edging.
