If you have your browser set to accept cookies, and click the Save Password option, then there's never any need to sign on -- the site will recognize you. So, there'd be no need to pop up something to get your password. eBay only remembers your username -- not your password. This one remembers both....
If you're using IE (or AOL), you can easily make a cookie exception for only this site -- allowing it to place a cookie -- while keeping the rest of your privacy settings the way they are.
Here's the instructions:
1. Go to Tools >> Internet Options (top menu of browser) -- AOL users need to either launch IE or check in the AOL help for "cookies" to get to the forms discussed in the rest of this procedure -- they hide IE from you as best they can, especially since they own Netscape ...

2. Select the Privacy tab
3. Click the Edit button at the bottom right, in the Web Sites part of the form
4. Put in http://www.simpletractors.com in the top field on that form
5. Click the Allow button, and simpletractors.com will show up in the Managed Web Sites window
6. Click OK to close this form, and then the Privacy form
This will allow cookies from simpletractors to be stored on your computer, without impacting any of your other Privacy or Security settings....
