Kohler 17hp replacement for Simplicity

If I were spending the money I would buy a Kohler OHV V-Twin, even if one had to notch the frame for the filter. They are a much much better engine and I believe can be bought for less money than that. Try the link below, they have some good prices on engines. I have seen the Kohler M18 at a similar price at Northern. This would be a much better replacement for the KT17 engine. The M20 would be the direct replacement for the KT19 engine. These were used on the 7117 and 7119 tractors along with the AC 917 and 919. Mike S.
