Louis, I agree with Dutch. There's really no way of repairing a stretched spring. Once the steel is stretched beyond it's yield point, there's no going back. As I remember, Louis, you're in Canada? If you have trouble finding a new spring there, check with Bill Klien at Sandy Lake Imp. on this site. He's very helpfull. He can ship to you. Paul

Depends on how much it stretched, but if repaired it will not be "balanced" with the other spring(s). Best bet is to replace it (them).
