Sometimes I loosen the set screw, lube it all up , and drive the steering wheel down on the shaft below the key. Then I knock the key out and lube it up some more and turn the steering wheel on the shaft while pulling up. Its worked on 4 of mine so far. I use a piece of pipe to drive against the wheel center big enough for the steering wheel shaft to go into as the wheel goes down on the shaft. Sam
