Sleeve Hitch? 3pt hitch?

I have a Simplicity 17GTHL 7100 series tractor. Can I get a sleeve hitch or a 3pt hitch for it? I can't seem to find much about my options

It will take a sleeve hitch, but not a category "0" 3-point hitch.

is this a "simplicity" item or is it an aftermarket item, and where can I get one?

I think Simplicity made them up til the end of the soveriegns in 1999 or so. There are likely still some available somewhere, but be prepared to pay over $100 for the hitch and another $180+ for the rear lift to use it with if you don't already have one. You can get the rear lifts used from people on this site for about Half of new, but finding the hitch used may be difficult, I have one for a MTD I am going to modify to fit my tractor. It will not be a hard operation with torch and welder. SmilinSam

You can make the rear lift for a sleeve hitch for about $20 complete if you have access to a hacksaw, drill w/ uni-bit and a welder.[A href='http://www.simpletractors.com/do_it/rear_hitch.htm']http://www.simpletractors.com/do_it/rear_hitch.htm[/a]
